My mind cannot comprehend,
Something as simple as what I am.
My perception bends and brakes,
And then mends.
But still I cannot comprehend,
Something as simple as the totality of me.
Fragments of my whole being,
Is all I can conceive,
Of something as simple as me.

Dream On
Dream on, Dream on, Until the break of dawn. It's okay to dream, Even when the world is dark and cold, Even when the stars remain mute, In the lightless sky. So Dream on, Dream on, Until the break of dawn, Until the sun rises again, Let your dreams be your light, Through the cold muted night.
Crossing Paths
Strangers wander,
Like the breeze,
Crossing paths,
In this dream.
It's hard to say,
What it means,
When our paths meet.
But no matter your darkness,
No matter your light,
The breeze blows on,
In this dream.
Shadow Creature
The shadow of the creature,
Stands at the end of my bed,
Waiting for something,
Dark tail raised,
Blade ready.
The time to strike is soon,
But for now--I go back to sleep.
Time Changes Things…
Time, Changes, Things, Move. One word never says it all. A, Single, Tweet, Holds, So, Little. Yet the world now revolves, Around, Such, Simple, Words. Truth is not a two-hundred-eighty character brawl.
Remember to Breath
Remember to breath, When the time comes, Remember to take a moment, To just be. You need to get through this, To be okay, There are people who need you, Even if that person is yourself.
“I have seen…”
"I have seen the darkness,
Of humanity,
I have seen a man's legs blown off,
By a tank,
I have seen the cold fire in the eyes,
Of a man set to kill another.
I have seen the abuses of the weak,
By the strong.
I have seen the darkness,
Of humanity,
And I still believe in you.
So believe in yourselves,
And each other."
Red Skies
Have you considered,
That when the skies turn blood red,
It's far, far too late?
Throwing Notebooks
I don't need these anymore,
Since I now use my phone,
For every written idea.
Sometimes I like to dream,
That the day will come,
When I will have cause,
To write in these notebooks again.
But I doubt that day will ever come.
And so I throw them away,
One after another,
Until paper,
Is just another useless word.
Another Moment
Another moment,
Of wasted time,
The days seem to pass.
Dust in the wind,
Wasted potential,
With nothing to show for it.
